SPOTLIGHT ON: Health Technology Assessment
Health Technology Assessment (HTA) is very much a hot topic right now! With the impending EU HTA regulation due to roll out from 2025, this will have a major impact on all statisticians working across the pharmaceutical industry. Therefore, we are really excited to see several HTA sessions on the agenda at the PSI conference this year! For your convenience we have highlighted these below. Make sure to add them to your 'favourites' in the conference app so you don’t miss them! 😛

For the HTA Town Hall we will be keen to hear your thoughts and comments on EU HTA to bring to our panel discussion. Keep an eye out on PSI communication channels from May, where we will share how you can submit your questions in the lead up to the conference!

Here you can find our member registration form, view our active sub-teams and meeting calendar as well as some of our recent EU HTA external engagement activities such as EUnetHTA21 public consultation comments, 2 posters presented the the 7th EFSPI workshop on Regulatory Statistics, our recent webinar and the podcast series we recorded with

If you have any questions about or for the HTA ESIG and/or our plans for the PSI conference then please reach out to our co-chairs Lara Wolfson (MSD) and Anders Gorst-Rasmussen (Novo Nordisk) at .

Thank you for all the Poster Abstracts!
We thought the response to the call for oral presentation abstracts was amazing. We have now been even more amazed by the number of poster abstracts. In total we have over 100 for consideration! Thank you for supporting the conference call for poster abstracts in such high numbers this year. You will hear soon if your abstract has been accepted.

A Message from the Conference Chair
This year we are going big on the topic of HTA! With big changes coming in that space we feel it is the right time to get everyone up to speed and you will see that reflected in the many items in the programme.
Thank you to everyone who submitted a poster abstract this year. The response was incredible.
Lastly, early bird deadline is March 29 2023. Don’t miss it!
